Vivetique Bedding Warranty Information

All linens purchased from NaturalEco are covered under limited 30 day warranty policy and will result in an even exchange of product. To exchange a product under warranty, please call NaturalEco customer service at 561.544.6006 ext. 4 for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Once the RMA number is obtained, NaturalEco will arrange for a pick-up of the defective merchandise at the original shipping address and we will reship the exchanged item to you at no additional charge!

Please note, any defect which has resulted from the shipment or delivery of goods, will not be covered by the manufacturer’s warranty. If goods arrived damaged due to shipment, please contact NaturalEco with 3 days of receipt so that we may have the shipper inspect the goods. Once we have the shipper's report, we will contact you to let you know how and when replacement product(s) will be shipped.

Vivetique Bedding Return Policy

If you are not fully satisfied with your NaturalEco bedding and linens in any way, you may return all items unused, unworn and unwashed within 30 days for a refund. Returned goods should be in their original packaging. To return a product, please call customer service at 561.544.6006 ext 4 for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Once the RMA number is obtained, please return the goods via registered parcel post to the following address:
