All sleepwear purchased from NaturalEco is made from the finest quality material to meet the highest standards for you and your family. If any of these items are damaged or faulty, NaturalEco will exchange the items within 14 days and will reship the exchanged item to you at no additional charge! To exchange a product, please call customer service at 561.544.6006 ext 4 for a Return Authorization (RMA) number. Once the RMA# is obtained, please return the goods via registered parcel post to the following address:

*Please note, any defect which has resulted from the shipment or delivery of goods, will not be covered by the manufacturer’s warranty. Please notify NaturalEco immediately (next working day at the latest so that we will be able to claim against the courier).

If you are not fully satisfied with your NaturalEco sleepwear in any way, you may return all items unused, unworn and unwashed within 14 days for a refund. Returned goods should be in their original packaging and all good should be accompanied by the original packaging list.
