All linens purchased from NaturalEco Organics are made from the finest quality material to meet the highest standards for you and your family. If any of these items are damaged or faulty, NaturalEco Organics will exchange the items within 14 days. NaturalEco Organics will reship the exchanged item to you at no additional charge!

To exchange a product, please call customer service at 561.544.6006 ext. 4 for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Once the RMA number is obtained, please return the goods via registered parcel post to the following address:

Please note, any defect which has resulted from the shipment or delivery of goods, will not be covered by the manufacturer’s warranty. If your shipment is defective due to shipment, please notify NaturalEco immediately (next working day at the latest so that we will be able to claim against the courier). Once we have the shipper's report, we will contact you to let you know how and when replacement product(s) will be shipped.

If you are not fully satisfied with your NaturalEco Organics bedding and linens in any way, you may return all items unused, unworn and unwashed within 14 days for a refund. Returned goods should be in their original packaging.
