All mattresses purchased from NaturalEco Organics are covered under a ten year manufacturer’s warranty which guarantees that all mattresses are made with the finest materials of unequaled purity and quality. In the event the event of a defect, NaturalEco Organics will repair or replace the product.
To return a product under warranty, please call customer service at 561.544.6006 ext. 4 for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and RGA form. Once the RMA# and RGA form are obtained, please enclose the top portion of RGA form with the defective merchandise and affix the bottom portion of the form to the mailing label and return the products via prepaid parcel post to the following address.
