Mattress Accessories Warranty Information

All mattress accessories purchased from NaturalEco Organics are covered under a one year warranty against manufacturing defects. NaturalEco Organics will repair or replace any product that fails to give normal wear, under normal use, for one year from the date of purchase.

To return a product under warranty, please call customer service at 561.544.6006 ext. 4 for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Once the RMA number is obtained, return products via prepaid parcel post to the following address:

Please be sure to include a note stating the defect, your name, phone number and email address. Please note, all warranty exchanges must be accompanied by original sewn on vendor law label and proof of purchase. Any defects that are a result of misuse, abuse or disregard of the specified care instructions will void the warranty.

Mattress Accessories Return Policy

If you are not delighted with your NaturalEco Organics product, please contact customer service at 561.544.6006 ext. 4 within 30 days from the date of purchase for a Return Authorization (RMA) Number. Once the RMA# is obtained, all items must be returned via prepaid parcel post in new condition with all original packaging and proof of purchase to the following address:

Please note, all refunds are conditional upon inspection of the merchandise by a member of the manufacturer’s staff. Refunds will be issued according to the original method of payment used.
