All Cribs purchased from NaturalEco Organics are guaranteed to be free of defects in both materials and workmanship. Any defects in craftsmanship will result in an even exchange of product.

To exchange a product, please call NaturalEco customer service at 561.544.6006 and dial ext. 4 for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Once the RMA # is obtained, NaturalEco will arrange for a pick-up of the defective merchandise at the original shipping address and we will re-ship the exchanged item to you at no additional charge!

Please note, any defect which has resulted from the shipment or delivery of goods, will not be covered by the manufacturer’s warranty. If goods arrived damaged due to shipment, please contact NaturalEco Organics within 3 days of receipt so that we may have the shipper inspect the goods. Once we have the shipper's report, we will contact you to let you know how and when replacement product(s) will be shipped. NaturalEco Organics offers a 30 day money back guarantee for all cribs purchased, subject to a 25% restocking fee. In order for your original method of payment to be credited, we ask that you call customer service at 561.544.6006 ext. 4 for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
