If the product you've ordered does not meet your expectations, you may return it via insured U.S. mail or UPS. We will be glad to exchange it for different size or fabric, or issue you a full refund, as long as it is returned in the original packaging and has not been laundered (Federal law prohibits resale of used bedding). Postage and handling charges are not refundable on returns unless your purchase arrived damaged, in which case we will refund you in full.
To return a product, please call customer service at 561.544.6006 ext 4 for a Return Merchandise Authorization(RMA) number. Once the RMA number is obtained, please return the goods via registered parcel post to the following address:
