Add 1/4 cup just boiled water to 7 drops. Allow to cool and take 4 - 7 times daily.

One or two drops of the undiluted essence may also be added to the bath tub or
applied on the finger to the temples, forehead, throat, inner wrists or ankles.

In what form does Creation Flower Essence come?

Creation Flower Essence comes in a 15 ml liquid infusion of stock strength, hand-bottled flower essences.

What is the shelf life?

You will find a white sticker under the bottle with the expiry date on it. It is best stored in a cool dark place out of direct sunlight.

Is this remedy completely safe to take during pregnancy?

Yes, it certainly is! We have formulated all our Flower Essence remedies for safe and effective use in pregnant woman and they will not pose any risk at all to your pregnancy and unborn child- unlike prescription drugs. As these essences contain a very small amount of pharmaceutical ethanol, we recommend that they are diluted in just boiled water (as described in the dosage section) in order to evaporate all the alcohol without affecting the remedy.
